I've recently purchased these metallic chunky heels from Asos and have been trying to incorporate them in the majority of my outfits (as we all do when we're excited about a new item in our closets). I basically built up this outfit from bottom to top, making sure the heels were the ones to shine (no pun intended). I decided to compliment them with my glimmered tee and since the shirt was lose fitted, I wore plain leggings. I topped off the whole look with my leather jacket to add a bit of structure and some silver accessories to bring the outfit together!
I bought this skirt over a year ago on the sale rack in Zara and it's still one of my favorite skirts that I own. Due to the tweed fabric and the frays at the edges of the skirt, it reminds me of the classic Chanel suit circa 1920's. I paired it with a plain silver satin blouse so that the focus is on the skirt and to finish off this look, I wore black heels, gold jewelry and a white and black purse that's outlined with gold hardware. As the weather slowly begins to warm up, we see lighter layers come into effect and the transition into summer/spring dresses. Since it's my favorite decade for fashion, I kept within the theme of the 70s once again, a decade which has made a comeback this spring. I paired one of my favorite floral dresses with a brown vintage suede jacket. The weather isn't quite warm enough for bare legs so I wore black stockings with my cutout boots and paired the whole look with my tambourine bag. The combination of these warm colors gives a gist of the 70s aesthetic. Shop my look below!

I purchased this jacket about 3 years ago from Aritzia and to this day, it is my favorite article of clothing that I own. For an easy day-to-day look, this jacket is ideal to emphasize a simple outfit while still keeping me warm. This green jacket looks great with light colored jeans and a striped shirt and to grunge up this outfit, I wore classic Doc Marten boots. Shop below!
