Cat Eyes For Days

The winged eyeliner look has been a growing fad, from Amy Winehouse  to Zooey Deschanel.  Some bold, some fierce and some more natural. We've also sported the winged look for a few years now, it's easy enough to wear everyday and it looks as though we put in
a lot of effort in our morning routine.  Dont get me wrong, for a first timer it can get frustrating to get them looking even and perfectly pointed, but practice makes perfect! The most important thing is to find the product that works best for you. So we went to Sephora in hunt for a new product.  Some of you may have heard of Alexa Chung, she's the "it" girl at the moment and a major fashion inspiration to us. She recently released her own mascara and eye liner so we thought why not give them a try.

The eye liner has a great pointed tip so it makes it really easy to get the shape you want and it's a very deep/dark black which creates a bold wing. The pen glides right on making it quick and easy to apply. The mascara came in a pack, one is black and the other is blue. The midnight blue surprisingly is not so blue, it looks more like a dark navy or even black when applied. The brushes are curved like your lash line so it makes it easy to coat and elongate them and NO CLUMPS! The mascara elongates the lashes and the end result is pretty natural (unless you over apply). So lady's if your looking for a reliable product that gets the job done and is easy to use we would most defiantly recommend the Eyeko Alexa Chung Eye Do Mascara & Liquid Eyeliner Set‎!
